Telephone Assistance: Telephone consultations (help desk) is available eight hours per day five days per week, Monday through Friday.
On-Line Software Support: An electronic link to a central support hardware system can be provided to enable data and/or programs to be transmitted, permitting Headwater System’s staff to simulate and correct any error in the clients software or data and to transmit software updates.
Software Upgrades: Enhanced versions of the software in which the computer programs have been refined,redesigned or otherwise modified to perform additional or improved functions, as well as updated manuals will be provide to the client.
